She was predeceased by: her parent Veronica Freidt (Wetsch); her siblings, Chris Freidt Jr., James Freidt and Maria Koch; and her close friend Judy Fredericks.
She is survived by: her husband Louis; her son Chris (Carol Pittman); her granddaughter Caitlin Bitz (Jordan); her children, Gemma (Collin Pittman) and Mike (Kim Pittman); her grandchild Courtney Knudson (Dylan); her children, Kolter, Kynlee, Casey Iszler (Chris), Cash (Carsen Pittman) and Kari; her child-in-law Dion Bitz; her grandchildren, Beau Bitz and Bailey Bitz; and her siblings, Patricia Barry, Tom Freidt, Betty Bleth, Donna Leingang and Michelle Siegel. She is also survived by spouses, and many nieces, nephews, and special cousins and so many precious friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home (309 4th Ave NW, Mandan, ND 58554). A rosary was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Parish Vigil Along. A Mass was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Hildegard Catholic Church (17200 Co Hwy 10, Menoken, ND 58558).
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to benefit Caring Edge Hospice of Bismarck.
