It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kirby Johnson of Mandan, North Dakota, who passed away on June 8, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Kirby Johnson to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, LJ "Chuck" and Alma Johnson; and his sibling Kay Schuler (David). He is survived by: his close friend Linda (Rodgers); his wife Linda; his children, Tessa Brandt (Ryan) and Tyler Johnson (Sarah); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Luke Brandt, Elizabeth, Joseph, Cecilia, Anastasia, Dominic and Lillian Johnson; and his sisters, Dianne Wolf, Maureen Kautzman (Ben) and Wanda Oster (Dewey).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to the American Heart Association.

“Oh my, where to begin..first and foremost, Linda, Tyler, Tessa and families, please accept our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Kirby was one of a kind. His laugh, his stories will remain in our hearts for a very long time. Brent and I were blessed to get to know both your parents during the baseball season, oh what fun we had cheering, hollering (all good, of course!) and celebrating all the players triumphs during the seasons. Not enuf space here...know that we felt blessed to have known him!”
