She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eckroth and Angeline Eckroth (Leingang); her siblings, Alex, Adam, John (Ethel), Jake (Judy), Vincent, Albert, Valentine, Elizabeth Miller (Edward), Hildegard Miller (Albert), Genevieve Haller (Robert), Viola Klesalek (Bob) and Mary Magdelene; and her siblings-in-law, Ralph Kuhn and Priscilla Eckroth.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Hatzenbeler; her children, Annette Schafer (Don), Chris Hatzenbeler (Ginger) of Middletown, DE and Gene Hatzenbeler (Lara) of New Richmond, WI; her grandchildren, Amanda Schafer, Justin Schafer (Alice Courey), Nicole Pitman (Darren), Spencer Waddle (Nuan Han), Bailey Waddle, Austin Hatzenbeler and Kyla Hatzenbeler; her great grandchildren, Damarri, Kye, Alex and Mikaela; her siblings, Donald Eckroth (Delanis), Rosella Kuhn and Raymond Eckroth; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Eckroth.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Edgewood Vista of Mandan or the Alzheimer's Association.
