He is survived by: his mother Marie Gross (Barth) of Arizona; his sons, Arron Gross of Mandan and Noah Gross of Mandan; his sister Misty Ragatz (BJ) of Wisconsin; his nieces, Brittney Hobart (Tyler) and Brenna Ragatz; and his nephew Ronnie Ragatz. He is also survived by one great-niece and one great-nephew; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
