He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Kelly and Ardelle Walker (Kelly); his wife Tammy (Frey); his daughters, Nicole McCormick (Robert) and Jayme Kelly; his grandsons, Damian McCormick, Liam McCormick, Ryler McCormick and Oliver Kelly; his siblings, Tracy Neva (Randy), Joe Kelly (Laurel) and Mark Kelly (Linda); his stepfather Bob Walker; and his father-in-law Kenneth Frey. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Engage Church (4209 Old Red Trail, Mandan, ND 58554).
