He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Nelson and Homer Nelson; and his siblings, Jerome Nelson and Helen Berg. He is survived by: his wife LaVerna; and his children, Connie, Bryan (Cheryl) and Jerry (Darla). He is also survived by his five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
