He is survived by: his children, Emery III of Christopher, CJ, Derris, Steven, Chance, Emelee, Austin, Rachelle, Zane, Marla and Donovan; his aunts, Ina Mae Driver and Dorris Spotted Bird; and his uncle Leonard Good Bird.
