He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Waxler and Charlotte Waxler; his wife Mary Ann Odegard of Mary's Cathedral; his brother Fay; and his granddaughter Alissa Paine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathryn Waxler of Cottage Grove, MN and Nancy Holter (Greg) of Richland, WA; his granddaughter Gretchen Reeploeg (David) of Richland, WA; his grandson-in-law Jason Paine of Spokane, WA; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Ezra Paine, James and Grace Reeploeg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
