Robert touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Baumgarten and Evelyn Baumgarten (Holden); and his brother Randy. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Klein; his children, Jeremy Baumgarten (Sarah) and Jessica Broers (Adam); his grandchildren, Brett, Brady, Abigail Baumgarten, Mason and Brynn Broers; and his brother Monte Baumgarten (Rachel). He is also survived by several brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the West Funeral Home - West Fargo (321 Sheyenne St, West Fargo, ND 58078). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
