He is survived by: his wife Hailey Perry; his children, Alex, Cassandra, Kisa, Erick and Garett; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Declan Linseth, JJ Demeritt, Axton Hartse and Kayden Dschaak; and his siblings, Mike, Jeff, Harry and Luann.
