He is survived by: his father Harvey Burley of Mayville, ND; his son Justin Burley (Kimmie); his grandchildren, Brynlee and Miles of Portland, ND; his former wife Sonia Burley of Mayville, ND; and his sisters, Dalene Burley of Fargo, ND, Danette Perkins (Cliff) of Colorado Springs, CO, Kim Terkhorn (Al) of Springfield, VA and Jackie Ness (Gary) of Fargo, ND.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
