With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale L Hollenbeck of McClusky, North Dakota, born in Mobridge, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 17, 2025 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Hollenbeck and Dorothy Hollenbeck (Brown); his children, Glenda Baker and Jess Hollenbeck; his granddaughter Helen Beth Goben; and his siblings, Edith, Henry "Bud", Victor "Vic" and Lawrence "Pink".
He is survived by: his wife Helen Dodge of McClusky; his children, Rex (Lori) of McClusky, Alden (Kim) of Velva and Jan Schmidt of McClusky; and his brothers, Robert Hollenbeck of Trail City, SD, Gordon Hollenbeck of Rapid City, SD and Donald Hollenbeck of Trail City, SD.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
