He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Janice Hepper; his children, Jim (Tammy) of Harvey, Jodi Helm (Keith) of Stewartville and Jackie Lelm (Dean Morley) of Denhoff; his brother Marlo Lelm (Edith) of Mesa, AZ; and his sisters-in-law, Ramona Lelm of Turtle Lake, ND and Ardeth Denault of Washburn, ND.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
