He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Narum and Almeda Narum (Anderson); his grandparents, Howard and Donna Martz; his mother-in-law Carol Narum (Brennan); and his former wife Carol Narum (Brennan).

He is survived by: his wife Debbie L. Narum (Martz); his children, Trevor, Jr., Chris (Jeanne), Carter (Tif Gilbertson), Kami (Jeff Fortune) and Karla Sonderland (Derek); his grandchildren, Alonna, Paul Narum, Dylan Narum, Maylee Jahn (Cole), Tristan, Alyvea, Logan Raymond, Kai, Kendra and Kaden Sonderland; and his great grandchild Elliott Jahn.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Michigan Lutheran Church (421 Broadway, Michigan, ND 58259). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the Michigan Cemetery (4150 Co Rd 35, Michigan, ND 58259).

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Michigan Lutheran Church and Michigan Ambulance.
