He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hulberg and Anna Hulberg (Widdel); his sisters, Betty Ann Boehm and Donna Mae Amrein; and his brothers-in-law, Tom, Tim Ahmann, Raymond Amrein and Don Boehm.
He is survived by: his children, Mat Hulberg (Tracy) of Richmond, KY, Betsy Andel (Bob) of Deering, ND and Nick Hulberg (Amanda Aas) of Minot, ND; his granddaughter Emily Gibson (Seth) of Linn, MO; his children, Gavin Hulberg (Olivia) of Atlanta, GA, Ashton Hulberg, Breyden Hulberg of Richmond, KY, Finnley Andel, Frankie Andel, Etta Andel, Newly Andel of Deering, ND, Nora Hulberg and Ike Hulberg of Minot, ND; his great grandchild Everett Gibson of Linn, MO; and his sister Margie Ahmann of Minot, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas Family Funeral Home (304 Main St S, Minot, ND 58701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saron Lutheran Church (13500 16th St SW, Minot, ND 58701).
