He is survived by: his parents, David Dammen and Linda Dammen (Luck); his son Josh Holmes (Katie); his grandchildren, Hunter, Annabelle and Dakota; his great grandchild Karlee Dammen (Haven Belgarde); his brothers, Daniel Dammen and Jason Dammen (Lauralee); and his siblings' children, Carter and Berklee. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
