He was predeceased by: his son Richard Wallette; and the father of his child Clayton Lockwood, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lockwood; his son Preston Brokofsky; the mother of his child Carol Wallette; and his siblings, Cathy Jeanotte, Bobbie Lee, Brandi Rose, Kylee Starr, Cherona Jerome and Jeremy Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
