It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darold Gene Johnson of Minot, North Dakota, born in Ryder, North Dakota, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Johnson and Hazel May Johnson (Severance); his wife Betty Lou Christenson; his sister Frances; and his brother-in-law Pat McKinzie.
He is survived by: his sons, Chad Johnson (Lynn) and Travis Johnson (Jennifer) of Parker, CO; and his grandchildren, Niklas, Thomas and Elizabeth Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials are preferred to charity of donor's choice.
