He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce L. Baker and Mary Ann Baker (Braun); and his brother Robert Baker. He is survived by: his wife Susan Elaine Kostenko; his children, Charlotte Napurski (John), Deirdre Baker (John Constantine) and Christopher Baker (Jennifer); his grandson Noah; and his siblings, Larry Baker and Cheryl Evans.
Memorials may be given in David's honor to a Cancer organization of donor's choice.
