He is survived by: his wife Susan Sladek; his daughters, Moriah and Naomi Chelgren; his grandchildren, Forrest French, Brice Blanton, Bailey Freeman, Helena and Mei Boechler; and his brother Duane Chelgren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
