He is survived by : his wife Linda Sager; his children, Jennifer Mrugala (Mike) of Maple Lake, MN, Melissa Andrews, Salvia (Bill) of Crystal Lake, IL and Tara Carlile (Devin) of Valley Center, KS; his grandchild Tarryn Andrews; his children, William, Thomas Salvia, Claire, Aubrey and Tessa Carlile; his brother Charles Andrews of Indianola, IA; his brother-in-law Tim Sager of Cando, ND; and his nephew Franklyn Andrews (Kim).
