He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Benjamin and Mary Ann Benjamin (Nickelson); and his siblings, Melvin, Deborah and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Diederich; his children, Clifford Frothinger (DeeDee) of Velva, Michael Benjamin (Tamara) of Minot and Jennifer Manders (Earl) of Ty Ty, Georgia; his grandchildren, Kera, Breanne, Jonathan, Breanna and Hunter; and his brothers, Kenneth Benjamin of Minot, Steven Benjamin of Turtle Lake, Charles Benjamin of Bismarck and James Benjamin of Hillsboro.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas Family Funeral Home (304 Main St S, Minot, ND 58701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Vincent United Methodist Church (1024 2nd St SE, Minot, ND 58701).
