She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Goetz and Mary Goetz (Voeller); her husband Derald; and her daughter JoAnn Simonson. She is survived by: her son Chad Simonson (Nicole) of Minot; her grandchildren, Matthew Simonson and Alexis Simonson; and her sister Lorraine Thompson of Rugby.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Williams Catholic Church (204 Roosevelt Ave, Maddock, ND 58348). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Zion Cemetery Fund: 3556 52nd Ave NE Maddock, ND 58348.
