He was predeceased by: his parents, George Weiler and Elvera Weiler; his stepfather Charles Stordahl; his siblings, Richard, Laverne Weiler and Katheryn; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Shepard, Perry Sorenson, Lavonne Alexander and Marie Weiler.
He is survived by: his son Jim; his wife Mavis Sorenson; his son Timothy (Kassi); his grandchildren, Kallie Stevens (Tyler), Lexi Erickson, Blake Erickson, Blaire and Beckett Weiler; his stepgranddaughter Ginger Tomlinson; his great grandchildren, Dexter, Jett, Shay Stevens and Sloane Erickson; his siblings, Marian Shepard and Mark Stordahl (Kathleen); and his siblings-in-law, Daryl Sorenson (Donna), Stan Sorenson (Robyn) and Lorna Lagerquist (Robert). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Jim was a former employee of the Sheridan Memorial Nursing Home, so memorials are appreciated to the Sheridan Healthcare Foundation, 440 West Laurel Ave., Plentywood, MT 59254.
