Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janet Hieb of Minot, North Dakota, who passed away at the age of 100, on June 6, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Thieling and Nellie Thieling (Dodge); her husband Jacob Hieb; her sons, Kenneth and Daniel; her grandson Adam Hieb; her daughter-in-law Kathy Hieb; and her siblings, Lawrence, Forrest, Ruth Thieling, Marion Hall, Vernice Thieling, Vera Krein, Elaine Bisbee, Esther White and Glenn Thieling.

She is survived by: her sons, Arnold Hieb (Margaret) of Cave Creek, AZ, Richard (Luana), Larry Hieb (Peggy) of Lake Audubon, ND and Timothy Hieb (Vicki) of Hudson, WI; her daughter-in-law Jill Hieb of Minot, ND; and her close friend Bob Bruhaug of Des Lacs, ND.
