With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Bittner of Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on October 26, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Severius Metzger and Dorothy Metzger (Perius); and her siblings, Syl, Emeric, Nestor, Roy, Ray, Maurice, Arnold, Geraldine and Sister Petronella Metzger.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth T. Bittner; her daughter Lois Mautz (Carey) of Garrison, ND; her grandchild Kendal Mautz (Melanie Tischleder); her sister Marilyn Gapp (Art) of Walhalla, ND; and her brother-in-law Leo Bittner (Lil) of Devils Lake, ND.
