It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Foltz of Minot, North Dakota, born in Voltaire, North Dakota, who passed away on May 4, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Johnston and Beulah Johnston (Bradshaw); and her siblings, Jim Johnston and Michelle Jesperson. She is survived by: her family Catholicism; her husband James Foltz; her sons, Scott Foltz (Rochelle) of Minot and Ryan Foltz (Jami Laducer) of Minot; and her grandchildren, Harrison and Marley Foltz.
