He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hall and Myrtle Hall; his siblings, Harold Hall and Marlys Erickson; his brother-in-law Dennis Erickson; his parents-in-law, Myrtle Honebrink and Sam Honebrink; and his son-in-law Floyd Rennie.
He is survived by: his wife Ashlyn Honebrink; his children, Ivy Rennie (Floyd) of Boise, ID, Scott Hall (Suzette) of Lakeville, MN, Darren Hall (Danja) of Fargo, ND and Steven Hall (Melinda) of Grand Forks, ND; his grandchildren, Allysn Rhodes (TJ), David Rennie (Victoria), Tanner Hall, Alex Hall, Jayce Hall, Elayna Hall, Thomas Hall, Halie Benson (Jeremy) and Mekenzie Hall; and his great grandchild Marlo (Benson).
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas Family Funeral Home (304 Main St S, Minot, ND 58701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's Lutheran Church (2209 4th Ave NW, Minot, ND 58703).
