He is survived by: his father Elroy Balerud; his children, Erin Balerud (Chris) and Brynn Balerud; his fiancée Carole Wiekamp; his stepchildren, Carressa Cartier (Brandon), Aurora Enquist and Maverick Brandsrud (Michaela); and his grandchildren, Karver, Payton, Thomas and Waylon.
