He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottleib Mindt and Helen Mindt (Betz); and his siblings, Wilbert, Vernon, Myron, Berniece Christo and Dolores Coyle.
He is survived by: his spouse Viona Wiedrich; his children, Bryan Mindt (Jane), Linda Carson and Mark Mindt (Janel); his grandchildren, Jeffery Mindt (Celina), Erik Mindt, Stephanie Carson (Dan Clarys), Amanda Murphy (Mason), Michael Carson (Camille) and Piper Mindt; his great grandchildren, Kelsey Mindt, Justice Nerad, Seth Nerad, Collin Mindt, Miley Clarys, Mya Murphy, Bryce Murphy, Hunter Clarys, Fynn Murphy and Matthew Clarys; and his sisters, Esther Mindt, Gloria Voegele, Lucille Iverson and Mavis Wiedenmeyer. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
