She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Capone" Azure and Laura "Bolix" Enno Azure; and her siblings, Patricia "Linish" Swain, Barbara "Fofee" Olson, Diane Vallie, Shirley "Baby" Montolvo, Betty "Boston" Cromwell and James Azure.
She is survived by: her husband Scotty; her daughters, Shirley and Sandy "Miss Gee" Scott; and her sisters, Sandra Short (Ron), Janice Norphleet (Michael) and Donna White Owl (Paul). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
