He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Webster and Bertha Webster (Hansen); his sister Nellie Burtch; his wife Mary Somersall; his close friend Marlene Knodel; and his siblings, Jack, Jerry, Dave, Calno, Lyle, Hans, Etta, Margie, Betty, Dorothy, Evelyn and Ella.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Clemens Otterson; his children, Rick Webster (Barb) and Joyce Therrien; his grandchildren, Hunter Webster, Marie Tillema (Luke) and Melissa Montagna (Brian); his great grandchildren, Keely Tillema, Ashlyn Tillema, Eva Montagna and Gage Montagna; his sister Cleone Okken (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Joann Webster and Alma Hamre.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thompson - Larson Funeral Home (21 3rd Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701). A prayer was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (3705 11th St SW, Minot, ND 58701). A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (210 62nd Ave NW, Minot, ND 58703).
Memorials: In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to a charity of the donor's choice in memory of Tom.
