It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Fraley (Minot, North Dakota), who passed away on May 8, 2026, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pels and Linda Pels (Brandes); her husband Floyd Fraley; her son Richard Fraley; her siblings, Joseph Pels Jr. and Dorothy Walkowiak; and her siblings-in-law, Val Pels and Art Walkowiak.
She is survived by: her son Jim Fraley (Barb) of Minot; her grandchildren, Paul and Nicky; her daughter Nancy Lingen (Dave) of Mandan; her grandchildren, Tina and Scott; her child Thomas Fraley of El Paso, TX; her grandson Lucas; her son Bob Fraley (Tammy) of Cottage Grove, MN; and her grandsons, Bryan and Kevin.
