He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredric Barnick and Patricia Barnick; and his siblings, Kevin and LoAnne. He is survived by: his family Tom; his wife Toni Barnick; his children, Anna Barnick and Ashli Kottsick (Greg); his grandson Landon; his son Fredric Adam Barnick (Jess); his siblings, Jerome Barnick, Lynette Lind (Arlie), Mary Trusty (Noel), David Barnick (Lisa), Margaret Brockman (Mark) and Jay Barnick (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Rose Barnick.
