He was predeceased by : his parents, Rose McNeill (Auer) and Charles "Chuck" McNeill; his brothers, Ronald "Cookie" and Scott; and his nephew Brock Lyman.

He is survived by : his son Rory (Denise); his wife Cheryl Peters; his sister Charlene Lyman (Charlie); his daughter Rebecca Zimmerman (Brian); his grandchildren, Rielley McNeill and Adam Zimmerman; his niece Heather Lyman Reese; and his nephews, Barry Kelly, Justin and Steven McNeill.
