He was predeceased by: his father Harold Harder. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Harder (Scharf) of Munich; his wife Gail; his daughters, Casey Weston (Luke) of Rolla, ND and Coty Kraft (Michael) of Grand Forks, ND; his granddaughters, Ellen and Elizabeth Weston; his siblings, Tammie Harder of Grand Forks, Tom Harder (Susan) of Munich and Tracy Bittner (Larry) of Chesapeake, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Marty and Curtis Larson of New Rockford, ND. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, aunts and uncles.

Memorials are preferred to Zion Lutheran Church.
