It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myonne Bye Peters of New Rockford, North Dakota, born in Alamo, North Dakota, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Melvin Johnson and Clara Johnson (Gafkjen); her husbands, Harold Bye and Joe Peters; her brother Melvin Johnson; and her brother-in-law Duane Anderson.

She is survived by : her children, Ronald and Carol Walford (Ken) of Warwick; her grandsons, Harold and Kevin (Katina); her great grandchildren, Brock (Dana), Brady, Kellen, Andrew, Koven, Kage, Aubri, James, Jaxon and Jett; her grandson Ronald Bye (Shirley) of Minot; her great grandchildren, Rolan (Donna), ReNae (Dave) and Raechelle (Kyle); her sister June Anderson of Larimore, ND; her sister-in-law Beverley Johnson; her stepchildren, Norma Jean Ensrud (Dean), Joseph Peters Jr. (Kathye), James Peters, Dale Peters (Carla), Allan Peters (Sunmin), Jodi Hahn and Mark Peters (Lisa); and also James Bye of Devils Lake. She is also survived by numerous children and grandchildren.
