She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Lahtinen and Sylvia Lahtinen (Tiisto); her husband Dale McGrady; and her sister Debra. She is survived by: her sons, Jon, Barry (Dawn), Craig (Kari) and Jason (Kelly); her grandchildren, Crystal, Tanya, Erica, Dallas, Jacob, Douglas, Ricky, Rachael, Julia, Jonas, Rusty, Sierra, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Ashley, Marie, TaylorJean, Kelson, Katie, Khael, Kaylor, Drew and Emily; and her brothers, Gary, Warren and Jeff. She is also survived by her 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests friends and family bring backpacks and school supplies to be donated to New Town School or to Backpack Buddies Program that provides meals to the area children in need of food (Please contact the NT Schools Business office 701.627.3650).
