With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Kay Smith in New Town, North Dakota, born in Alexandria, Minnesota, who passed away on January 19, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville Anderson and Darlene Anderson (Chayer); and her brothers, Michael and Jon. She is survived by : her significant other Dave Hilleren; her son Ryan Kolle (Jocelyn); her grandchildren, Carson and Kenadi; her son Adam Kolle; her sisters, Peggy Sauer (Jim) and Laurie Johnson; and her sister-in-law Madeline Anderson. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
