She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy Fox and Grace Fox; her siblings, Guy Fox Jr., Wanda Sheppard, Esley Thorton Sr., Angus Fox, Anthony Rex Fox, Thornton Fox, Teresa Fox, Maynard Fox, Gerald Tex Fox and Dean P. Fox; her niece Cheryle J. Fox; her nephews, Angus Jerome Sheppard, Anthony Shane Fox, DuWayne Fox, Christopher John Fox and Frank Schumacher; and her sister Rosaria Wicker.

She is survived by : her son Jude Fox; her granddaughters, Rainy Rose, Jada Dawn and Jullysa; and her siblings, Dennis Fox (Sandra Fox), Belinda Beston and Arla Muzzy (Don Muzzy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

“The 34 Tribal Housing Programs across seven states want to acknowledge Theola's many contributions to affordable housing over the years. We send our deepest condolences. She helped develop UNAHA In 1985. Theola always attended and made strong contributions when representing Three Affiliated Tribes. In addition, Theola was the heart and soul of AMERIND where she helped create the most prominent insurance organization in Indian Country. We all loved Theola. We will never forget her great laugh”
