With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Jacobson of Oakes, North Dakota, who passed away on June 3, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lynn Jacobson and Ethel Jacobson (Carlson); his former life partner Julie Morse; and his siblings, Darryl and Cheryl.

He is survived by : his wife Sandy Heintzman; his children, Lynn (Ann) and Tiffany (Roddy Gentzkow); his grandchildren, Anysa (Tyler), Lane (Lexi Woodbury) and Kaylynn (Jordan Cunningham); his stepchildren, Stacy Gillette (Ken) and Shane Maddock (Deborah); his stepgrandchildren, Stephen (Caulleen), Chris (Sarah), Matt (Karli), Emily Rose and Benjamin; his sister Lynette Stenerson (Mark); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Jacobson and Daryl Sonnenberg. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
