With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julie Kopperud of Oakes, North Dakota, who passed away on April 10, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Arthur Strutz (Art); her son Christopher Gebhardt; and her brothers, Joseph and Lucas. She is survived by : her mother Delores Strutz (Dee); her children, Chad Gebhardt, Chet Gebhardt, Chanell Gebhardt (De Steno), Courtney Kopperud (Moore), Codee Kopperud (Kendall) and Cayne Kopperud; her grandchildren, Emma, Colin, Xavier, Julia, Jose, Omar, Yully, Odin, Freja, Ivy, Creed, Elyse, Dane, Andrew, Apryl, Aden, Autumn, Joseph and Cedric; and her siblings, Steve, Sheila, Bain (Art), Amy and Angie. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oakes Nazarene Church (1019 Ivy Ave, Oakes, ND 58474).
