We are sad to announce that, on February 10, 2023, at the age of 102, Apalona T. Kiser of Park River, North Dakota, born in Wimbledon, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schaetzel and Elinor Schaetzel (Hurtt); her husband Donald L. Kiser of Urbana, Ohio.; her daughter Susan Johnson; her siblings, Phillip Schaetzel and Dorothy Doktor; and her brother-in-law Walter Doktor.

She is survived by: her son Michael Kiser (Myrna); her grandson Camden O'Toole (Melissa Byone); and her son-in-law Tim Johnson.

The family requests that any Memorials be made to the Good Samaritan Foundation located in Park River, ND.
