He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vondra and Genevieve Vondra (Olson); his parents-in-law, Carl and Marian Hildebrandt; his sister Jeannette Longtine; his nephew TJ Bergman; his niece Jacqui Restemayer; and his siblings-in-law, Marlys Moberg, Greg Hildebrandt, Russell Restemayer and Phil Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Hildebrandt of Park River, ND; his children, Susan Cudmore (Gene) of Grand Forks, ND, Jonathan Erickson (Elizabeth) of Grafton, ND, Frank Vondra of Park River, ND and Eugene Kamphug of Hatton, ND; and his sisters, Mary Lou Schnetzer (David) of Grafton, ND, Elaine Nikle (Oral) of Grand Forks, ND and Norma Czapiewski (Danny Brakke) of Grafton, ND. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
