He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Urlacher and Jaqueline Urlacher (Reisenauer); his son Jesse Urlacher; and his sister-in-law Jill Neprash. He is survived by: his wife Penny Urlacher of Parshall; his sons, Zackery Urlacher (Sierra) of Parshall and Beau Urlacher of Minot; his siblings, Terry Urlacher (Rhonda) of Casper, WY, LaVonne Stang (Dennis) of New England and Del Rae Jung (Brian) of New England; his brother-in-law Bill Neprash of New England; his grandchildren, Jayden, Kazia, Zealand, Celine, Brycee and Caius; and his mother-in-law Patricia Rutherford (Rick). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
