She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sr. Smith and Nellie Smith (White Hawk); her siblings, Jessie, Walter, Dell, Teddy, Wilbur, Charles, George, Donald, John Jr., Glen, Mervin Smith, Virginia, Lillie Mae, Rebecca, Mary Ann and Vivian Smith; and her sons, Glen Peter Smith and Virgil Cantrell Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Georgianna Smith, James Jackson, Judy Kozak, John Wayne Smith, Debbie Steltzer, April Old Rock and Yvonne Griffin (Luther); and her grandchildren, Junea Froshaug, Joanella Froshaug, Georgianna Smith-Yessilth (Sidney), Jonathan Smith, Jasmine Perry, Antonio Franco, Alvin Franco, Warren Wilkinson Jr., Ivory Welch, Delbert Harrison, Zechariah Griffin, Leah Cantrell and Aliyssa Cantrell. She is also survived by twenty-seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
