He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Lynne and Myrtle Lynne (Erickson); and his daughter-in-law Robyn Lynne. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Heller; his sons, Kim Lynne (Bette) of Roanoke, TX, Darcy Lynne (Vivian) of Plaza and Von Lynne (Doreen) of Minot; his grandchildren, Brooke Kiecke (Chase), Taylor Lynne (Sal Hildebrand), Tanner Lynne (Lindsay), Tyson Lynne (Tracy), Brock Lynne (April) and Bryce Lynne (Amelia Watson); his great grandchildren, Joe, Claire Kiecke, Mckenzie, Maverick Lynne, Leo Lynne, Charli and Beau Lynne; and his brother Ronald Lynne (Ardell) of Minot.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (506 Main St, Plaza, ND 58771). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks for a donation to the First Lutheran Church of Plaza or the Plaza Park Board (East Plaza Cemetery).
