He is survived by : his wife Valerie (Schiele); his children, Brent (Kristin) of Valley City, ND, Julie Twedt (Alan) of Portland, ND, Aaron of Omaha, NE and Andrew of Fargo, ND; his stepchildren, Cara Grant (Ryan) of Owasso, OK and Brian Pope (Megan) of Richland, WA; his grandchildren, Caleb (Kjerstin), Rebekah, Hannah, David, Abigail, Faith Peterson, Solveig Jameson (Jacob), Malena, Elsie, Jens Twedt, Poppy, Sawyer Grant, Eli, Hazel, Ruby, Charlette and Maggie Pope; his sister-in-law Sharon Klopp (Peterson); and his brothers, James Peterson (Gail) of Eau Claire, WI, Leslie Peterson (Mary) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Wayne Peterson (Naomi), Thief and Terry Wold (Renita) of McKinney, TX. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
