He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Candrian and Mary Candrian (Gion); and his siblings, Delores Schoch, Josephine Sullivan, Eleanor Candrian and Donald Candrian.

He is survived by : his wife Lorraine Senftner; his children, Curt Candrian (Lori) of Alvin, TX, Terry Candrian (Robin) of Colstrip, MT and Robert Candrian (Lisa) of Regent, ND; his grandchildren, Carter, Angelle Candrian, Samantha and Nathan Jackson; his children, Joe Candrian, Melissa, Justin Candrian, Terra Candrian, Jacob, Cassandra Pecenka, Daniel Pecenka, Breanna, Jonah and Caleb Candrian; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Ellie Pecenka, Charlie and Luke Candrian; his brother Bernard Candrian of Bismarck, ND; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Sullivan of Hibbing, MN and Ron Schoch of Bismarck, ND..
