Penny K. Wiffler Obituary

The passing of Penny K. Wiffler of Rhame, North Dakota occurred on August 20, 2026. Penny, born on November 22, 1955, is remembered by those who knew her. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Leon Livengood. She is survived by: her parents, James Livengood and Ramona Livengood (Sivey); her husband Trace Wiffler; her children, Ashley Galassi (Tony), Lindsey Fossum (Tom) and Brock Wiffler; her granddaughters, Tommi and Travynn Fossum; and her brothers, Timothy Livengood (Connie), Thomas Livengood (Penny) and Bruce Livengood (Kelly). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Rhame Legion.
